Refund policy

Due to their delicate nature, all of our vintage goods and used/rare records are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All returns must be pre-approved by True Love Always. If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their unopened original package. Before shipping back your return, contact us by email at hello@truelovealwaysbk.com and let us know which item you are returning and why. If we approve your return, we will include instructions on how to proceed.

When we receive your returned items we will provide you the amount available for your store credit, or shipping information regarding an exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged items and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend return packages include tracking and insurance, any items that are damaged when we receive them or have gone missing through the carrier are not eligible for store credit or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
